PLEASE MEET
Ashley Andrews
Ashley is the owner and founding attorney of Ashley A. Andrews, APC. She is renowned for her ability to handle a wide range of dissolution of marriage cases—from straightforward to highly complex—with grace, dignity, and tenacity.
Ashley began practicing family law in 2008, when she was selected to take over the family law practice of a well-known and respected Certified Family Law Specialist in the area. Within her first year, she handled a divorce trial in which the other spouse blew up the family residence, negotiated a high-net-worth prenuptial agreement, and mediated a divorce case involving a public figure that resulted in a private judgment, among other cases.
Currently, Ashley serves on the Board of Directors for Collaborative Practice California and the Pasadena Bar Association. She is a Family Law Daily Settlement Officer for the Pasadena Family Court and an active member of Collaborative Divorce Solutions of Orange County. Her dedication to pro bono work has earned her recognition from the Los Angeles Superior Court. Additionally, Ashley is a highly trained family law mediator and Collaborative attorney, having completed over 150 hours of specialized training from 2021 to 2025 to enhance her skills.
Since beginning her practice, Ashley has handled hundreds of family law cases, ranging from basic to highly complex matters. She has represented clients in multi-week trials across Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and Orange Counties, as well as cases spanning months to years. Her mediation and Collaborative practice serve a diverse clientele—from W2 wage earners with homes and retirement accounts to high-net-worth individuals with assets in the tens to hundreds of millions, often working with forensic accountants, business attorneys, estate planners, patent attorneys, tax specialists, and mental health professionals.
A lifelong resident of the Pasadena area, Ashley attended Barnhart School in Arcadia for elementary education and spent several years at Flintridge Preparatory School. She later chose homeschooling to pursue her passion for English horseback riding, training at the Flintridge Riding Club with Susie Hutchison and later at Middle Ranch with the late Rob Gage. She was a top contender in the USET and ASPCA Maclay Medals before retiring to focus on college and law school.
In 2008, Ashley was selected to serve as a founding Committee Member for Club 300, a young donors’ group at Keck Medicine of USC in Arcadia. She has also served on the Boards of Trustees for the Pasadena Ronald McDonald House, Santa Anita Family YMCA, Boys & Girls Club of the Foothills, Monrovia Rotary Club, and Arcadia Rotary Club—of which she is a Past President. Currently, she leads a Provisors Group: Pasadena 6.
When she’s not working or refining her expertise, Ashley enjoys Pilates classes and cultivating orchids.
